Vi söker en VD som vill ta ett helhetsansvar för verksamheten och fortsätta utveckla bolaget med fokus på struktur, kvalitet, lönsamhet och hållbar tillväxt.

Rollen

Som VD får du en bred, strategisk och operativ roll med fullt resultat- och verksamhetsansvar för närmare 100 personer och en omsättning på ca 100 MSEK. Du ansvarar för att utveckla organisationen mot en hållbar, effektiv och kvalitativ leverans till våra kunder. Målsättningen är också att vidareutveckla affären mot ytterligare professionella beställare och initiera och driva utvecklingsprocesser för att skapa ännu effektivare arbetssätt och tjänsteleveranser.

Du rapporterar till en engagerad styrelse och arbetar självständigt, nära verksamheten genom att coacha, styra och utveckla organisationen utifrån ett tydligt uppdrag.

En viktig del av ditt uppdrag blir att skapa en stabil och tydlig organisation där ansvar, arbetssätt och uppföljning ger rätt förutsättningar för både människor och affär att utvecklas. Du har även externa kontaktytor och arbetar aktivt med att utveckla långsiktiga kundrelationer och identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter.

Vem är du?

Vi söker en handlingskraftig och strukturerad ledare med några års erfarenhet av att leda operativa tjänsteverksamheter med personal- och resultatansvar.

Du har ett starkt affärstänk, god ekonomisk förståelse och förmåga att skapa struktur, tydliggöra ansvar och utveckla effektiva arbetssätt. Du trivs i en verksamhetsnära roll där du kombinerar ett strategiskt helhetsperspektiv med operativt engagemang. Som ledare är du lyhörd och engagerande, men också beslutsam och trygg i att prioritera, delegera och driva förändring. Du har förmåga att utveckla medarbetare, skapa engagemang och omsätta beslut i konkreta resultat.

Ledarerfarenhet från exempelvis facility management, service, entreprenad eller annan personalintensiv tjänsteverksamhet är meriterande. Du lyckas i rollen genom ditt ledarskap och din förmåga att utveckla en verksamhet genom struktur, tydlighet och konsekvent uppföljning.

Du har högskoleutbildning eller motsvarande, god svenska och engelska i tal och skrift, god erfarenhet av affärssystem och vana av att använda AI i ditt arbete.
