The posting

Som Arbetsledare hos vår kund i Norra Stockholm har du en central roll i den dagliga driften och ansvarar för att planera, leda och följa upp verksamheten inom ditt ansvarsområde. Du arbetar nära övriga Arbetsledare, Platschef och kundtjänst för att säkerställa en effektiv resursplanering, tydlig kommunikation och hög kvalitet i leveransen. Du kommer att ha personalansvar 5-10 personer. I rollen ingår även att följa upp processer, arbeta mot uppsatta mål och nyckeltal, rapportera resultat samt säkerställa att säkerhetsföreskrifter efterlevs.

I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår bland annat att:

  • Koordinera och planera den dagliga verksamheten utifrån tilldelade resurser
  • Tillsammans med kundtjänst/administration och kund planera kommande aktiviteter
  • Säkerställa att information från ledningen kommuniceras tydligt till medarbetare
  • Ansvara för resursplanering, prioriteringar och förändringar i den dagliga driften
  • Samverka tätt med arbetsledare inom respektive process
  • Följa upp, mäta och styra processer utifrån KPI:er och nyckeltal
  • Sätta dagliga mål för ditt ansvarsområde
  • Säkerställa att säkerhetsföreskrifter, skyddskläder och utrustning används korrekt

I rollen arbetar du skift både dagtid och kvällstid måndag till fredag men under högsäsong kan det förekomma arbete på helger.

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter och som trivs i en roll med högt tempo och stort ansvar. Du är strukturerad, noggrann och lösningsorienterad, har lätt för att samarbeta och bidrar till en positiv arbetsmiljö. Du är kundorienterad, serviceinriktad och har god kommunikativ förmåga. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet från logistik- eller transportbranschen samt kunskap i WMS-system såsom NYCE Logic, AS eManager eller Nshift. Du behärskar svenska i tal och skrift.
