Deine Aufgaben Du hältst uns im Tagesgeschäft den Rücken frei und sorgst dafür, dass die Operation rund läuft:

  • Belegerfassung und Vorbereitung der Buchhaltung (in Abstimmung mit unserem Steuerbüro)
  • Nachfassen offener Rechnungen – freundliche Zahlungserinnerungen nach Vorlage
  • Büroorganisation & Bestellung von Büromaterial
  • Vorbereitung von Messen, Events und Netzwerktreffen
  • Unterstützung bei Übersetzungen (DE/EN, gern auch NL) für interne Texte
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen
  • Erste Kontaktaufnahme mit Kandidaten und Koordination von Terminen

  • Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in (egal welche Fachrichtung)
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenständig
  • Du hast sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; Englisch von Vorteil (Niederländisch ein Plus)
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Google Workspace
  • Erste Büro- oder Admin-Erfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Du packst gern mit an und denkst mit
