Einleitung

Wir bei Instahelp revolutionieren die psychologische Versorgung in ganz Europa durch ein hochwertiges Online-Beratungsangebot. Als Instahelp Psycholog:in unterstützt du uns dabei, die mentale Gesundheit von Hilfesuchenden zu stärken. Über die Instahelp Plattform bietest du Klient:innen niederschwellige und qualitativ hochwertige Online-Beratung über Video-/Audio-Telefonie oder Text-Chat an. Dabei bist du selbstständig tätig und profitierst trotzdem von einer Gemeinschaft aus über 350 Psycholog:innen, regelmäßiger Supervision und Weiterbildungen. Instahelp wurde bereits mehrfach ausgezeichnet, unter anderem als "Top Brand - Corporate Health" und "Startup des Jahres".

Deine Tätigkeit bei Instahelp

  • Du bietest Online-Beratung über Instahelp in den dir vertrauten Sprachen (aktueller Sprachenfokus: Bulgarisch, Russisch, Bosnisch, Kroatisch, Serbisch, Slowenisch und/oder Mazedonisch) und zu deinen Spezialgebieten an.
  • Du musst dich nicht um das Marketing für neue Klient:innen oder die Abrechnung kümmern. Du erhältst Erstanfragen von Klient:innen, die über unser Matching-System passend zu deinen Kriterien zu dir finden.
  • Du bietest mindestens 5 Beratungsplätze pro Woche an - nach oben hin sind (fast) keine Grenzen gesetzt, wobei du immer auf deine eigenen Kapazitäten achten solltest, um keine Überlastung zu entwickeln.
  • Die Beratung erfolgt ausschließlich über die Instahelp Plattform. Diese bietet dir einen sicheren Beratungsraum mit unterschiedlichen Funktionen, wie Online-Interventionen für Klient:innen, digitales Notizbuch, Terminanzeige, automatische Abrechnung, Audio- und Videoanrufe sowie Text-Chat. Die Plattform ist Ende-zu-Ende verschlüsselt, DSGVO-konform und bietet dir und deinen Klient:innen die höchsten Sicherheitsstandards.
  • Du kannst neben Instahelp Klient:innen auch private Klient:innen über unsere Plattform beraten, dafür fallen keine zusätzlichen Kosten an.
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Psychologie (Diplom oder Master) mit Schwerpunkt Klinische Psychologie als Spezialisierung oder Prüfungsfach
  • Eintrag in der Liste des Bundesministeriums für Gesundheit und/oder postgraduelle Psychotherapie-Ausbildung (Österreich)
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der psychologischen Beratung oder Behandlung von erwachsenen Klient:innen
  • Bereitschaft zur Absolvierung des Qualifikationslehrganges “Online-Beratung” an der Sigmund Freud PrivatUniversität Wien (Online-Lehrgang)
  • Berufshaftpflichtversicherung und Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer zum Zeitpunkt der Vertragsunterschrift
  • Verfügbarkeit am Wochenende und vielfältige Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Vorteil
