Das Institut Menzingen beschäftigt rund 140 Mitarbeitende und führt im Auftrag der Schwestern vom Heiligen Kreuz deren operativen Geschäfte. Am Klosterplatz in Einsiedeln ist das Marienheim, wo eine Gemeinschaft von 14 Schwestern lebt und andere Ordensfrauen Ferien verbringen dürfen. Neun Mitarbeitende sorgen für das Wohl der Schwestern in allen Bereichen.

Per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir Sie als

Fachfrau Gesundheit oder Betreuung Marienheim Einsiedeln (60%)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellen einer optimalen Pflege und Betreuung der betagten, aber weitgehend selbständigen Bewohnerinnen
  • Ermitteln der (komplementär-)medizinischen Pflegeleistungen abgestimmt auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse
  • Führen und bewirtschaften einer zweckmässigen Pflegedokumentation
  • Verantwortlich für die Medikamentenbewirtschaftung und die fachgerechte Medikamentenabgabe
  • Begleiten oder Transport der Bewohnerinnen zu Arzt-, Therapie- oder Spitalterminen
  • Ansprechperson für Ärzte, Therapeuten und Spitäler einschliesslich der Organisation von möglichen Spitaleinweisungen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau Gesundheit oder Betreuung * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pflege * Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse betagter Menschen und die Abläufe in einem klösterlichen Umfeld * Dienstleistungsorientierte, integrierende Persönlichkeit mit gepflegten Umgangsformen * Selbstständige, sorgfältige und exakte Arbeitsweise * Bereitschaft zu Pikettdiensten an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
