The posting

Das Institut Menzingen beschäftigt rund 140 Mitarbeitende und führt im Auftrag der Schwestern vom Heiligen Kreuz deren operative Geschäfte. Dazu zählen das Pflegeheim St. Franziskus mit 87 Pflegebetten und einem ganzheitlichen Gesundheitsangebot, die Betreuung der Schwesternwohngemeinschaften in der Schweiz, die Erhaltung des Klosterhofs mit dem Kirchentrakt, einem neu entstehenden Bistro sowie Wohn- und Gewerberaum. Die Schwesterngemeinschaft vom Heiligen Kreuz wurde 1844 in Menzingen gegründet und ist heute in mehreren Kontinenten der Welt vertreten. Zur Provinz Schweiz zählen zurzeit rund 130 Schwestern; die meisten leben in Menzingen.

Für das Pflegeheim St. Franziskus suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine versierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als

Mitarbeiter/in Service 60-100%

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie bedienen unsere Bewohnenden, Angehörigen, Gäste und Mitarbeitenden mit Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit.
  • Sie bereiten Getränke sowie kleine Speisen und Snacks zu und präsentieren diese ansprechend.
  • Sie sorgen dafür, dass unsere Cafeteria jederzeit ein gepflegter und einladender Treffpunkt ist.
  • Sie arbeiten nach den geltenden Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards.
  • Sie unterstützen bei Anlässen und Veranstaltungen und tragen zu einem gelungenen Gästeerlebnis bei.
  • Sie helfen bei der Warenbewirtschaftung sowie beim Auffüllen von Getränken und Verbrauchsmaterial.

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung im Service, in der Gastronomie oder Hauswirtschaft - eine entsprechende Ausbildung ist von Vorteil
  • Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen sowie ein herzliches, wertschätzendes Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit - auch wenn es einmal lebhaft wird
  • Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen an Wochenenden und Feiertagen sowie bei besonderen Anlässen
