Au cœur de la Côte entre lac, vignes et montagnes, la fondation L’Espérance, créée en 1872, est une institution spécialisée œuvrant en faveur d’enfants et d’adultes en situation de handicap.

Nous cherchons à nous adjoindre les compétences et l’enthousiasme d’un\-une

Educateur (H/F) à 80% pour notre internat scolaire ===================================================

Mission :

  • accompagnement au quotidien des élèves en internat du lundi au vendredi durant les périodes scolaires
  • responsabilité des projets éducatifs individualisés
  • travail en interdisciplinarité avec les différents intervenants et thérapeutes
  • collaboration avec les familles.

Profil :

  • formation d’éducateur HES, ES ou formation jugée équivalente
  • expérience dans le domaine de l’autisme et du polyhandicap
  • bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques usuels
  • motivation et engagement pour l’accompagnement d’élèves nécessitant un accompagnement spécialisé.
