Educateur diplômé ES\-HES (H/F) à 60 \- 80%

Mission

  • accompagnement en hébergement de personnes déficientes intellectuelles adultes en internat
  • participation à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de projets individualisés pour chaque bénéficiaire
  • participation à l’organisation et à la gestion d’un lieu de vie
  • collaboration interdisciplinaire et avec les familles

Profil

  • diplôme d’éducateur HES\-ES ou titre jugé équivalent
  • formation et/ou intérêt pour les troubles du développement intellectuel
  • capacité à travailler de manière autonome
  • titulaire d’un permis de conduire
  • utilisateur courant des outils informatiques usuels
