PcDs são sempre bem-vindas.Buscamos um(a) Estagiário(a) de Machine Learning para atuar no apoio ao desenvolvimento de soluções baseadas em dados e modelos preditivos. A pessoa terá a oportunidade de aprender e contribuir com projetos reais, trabalhando em conjunto com profissionais mais experientes em um ambiente colaborativo e orientado ao aprendizado.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a coleta, tratamento, limpeza e preparação de dados para análises e modelos de Machine Learning;Auxiliar no desenvolvimento, treinamento, validação e monitoramento de modelos preditivos;Participar da construção de pipelines de dados e fluxos de processamento para projetos de IA;Realizar análises exploratórias de dados para identificação de padrões, tendências e oportunidades de melhoria;Colaborar na documentação de experimentos, resultados e processos relacionados aos projetos;Apoiar a implementação e testes de modelos em ambientes de desenvolvimento e produção;Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de Engenharia de Software, Dados e IA para desenvolvimento de soluções de negócio;Acompanhar pesquisas, estudos e experimentações envolvendo Machine Learning, IA Generativa e LLMs;Participar de cerimônias ágeis e reuniões técnicas do time.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em andamento em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Estatística, Matemática, Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento básico de programação em Python;Conhecimento básico de estruturas de dados e algoritmos;Familiaridade com análise e manipulação de dados utilizando bibliotecas como Pandas e NumPy;Noções básicas de estatística e probabilidade;Interesse em Machine Learning, Inteligência Artificial e análise de dados;Conhecimento básico em versionamento de código com Git.Diferenciais:Conhecimento básico em bibliotecas de Machine Learning, como Scikit-learn, TensorFlow ou PyTorch;Experiência acadêmica ou pessoal em projetos de ciência de dados ou IA;Familiaridade com SQL e bancos de dados;Conhecimento básico em ambientes Cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP);Interesse em IA Generativa, LLMs e desenvolvimento de agentes inteligentes;Participação em projetos de pesquisa, competições ou iniciativas acadêmicas relacionadas à área.Informações adicionais“O Instituto de Pesquisas Eldorado valoriza um ambiente diversificado e se orgulha de ser uma organização que oferece oportunidades de forma igualitária.
