Somos Todos InstitutoFundado em 2008, o Instituto de Responsabilidade Social Sírio-Libanês (IRSSL) nasceu com o propósito de fortalecer a atuação social voluntária da Sociedade Beneficente de Senhoras do Hospital Sírio-Libanês na saúde pública do Brasil, tendo como missão levar a excelência administrativa e operacional, já reconhecida no setor privado, às esferas municipais e estaduais do País.O Instituto administra atualmente 13 unidadesde saúde: Hospital Municipal Infantil Menino Jesus, Hospital Geral do Grajaú, Hospital Regional de Jundiaí, Hospital Regional de Registro, Hospital Regional Rota dos Bandeirantes (Barueri), Hospital Geral de Taipas, Hospital Geral de Vila Penteado, AME Interlagos, AME Jundiaí, AMAS, Ambulatório de Gratuidades, Núcleo de Saúde da Fundação Lia Maria Aguiar, Serviço de Reabilitação Lucy Montoro de Mogi Mirim.Nosso propósito:Compartilhar a excelência na saúde pública com relevância social.Nossa visão:Ser uma organização social protagonista na jornada de excelência em saúde com responsabilidade social no Brasil.Nossos valores:S - SolidariedadeE - ExcelênciaR - ResultadoDescubra mais sobre nós clicando no link abaixo:http://irssl.org.br/institucional/#institucionalResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesValidar, solicitar, elaborar e realizar exames;Realizar prescrição fonoaudiológica para paciente de unidade ambulatorial;Avaliação, diagnóstico e tratamentos dos distúrbios da comunicação/voz;Orientação e acompanhamento de pacientes com disfonias funcionais e orgânicas;Realizar avaliação e exames audiológicos e de imitanciometria, para verificar se a função auditiva dos pacientes está normal ou se apresenta algum tipo de problema;Realizar avaliação clinica relacionados a sucção, mastigação, deglutição, respiração, posicionamento da língua de modo errado, dificuldade ou impossibilidade de deglutir alimentos de forma segura que são chamadas de disfagias;Realizar avaliações, diagnóstico, prognósticos e estabelecer tratamentos para pacientes com comprometimento de alguma das funções e que afetam a região da cabeça e pescoço;Implementar ações para promoção da saúde: Participar de trabalhos de equipes multidisciplinares; elaborar material educativo; orientar participação da comunidade em ações educativas; definir estratégias de promoção da saúde para situações e grupos específicos; participar da elaboração de projetos e políticas de saúde; Participar de comissões preconizadas na Instituição conforme necessário;Promover orientação fonoaudiológicas a equipe multiprofissional, a pacientes e familiares, estudantes, estagiários, profissionais em formação em atividades de ensino;Utilizar recursos de Informática.HABILIDADES ESPECÍFICASDiagnóstico de alterações na audição, linguagem (oral e escrita), fala, voz, motricidade oral e deglutição;Aplicação de técnicas para reabilitar funções comprometidas (exp.: reabilitação auditiva, tratamento de disfagia, estimulação de linguagem pós-AVC);Indicação de tecnologias assistivas, como aparelhos auditivos;Compreensão das bases neurais das funções da comunicação para reabilitação neurofuncional;Entender as dificuldades de comunicação do paciente e suas necessidades;Facilidade em interagir com diferentes faixas etárias (crianças a idosos) e condições de saúde;Adaptação de métodos e exercícios para cada caso específico de reabilitação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Fonoaudiologia;Desejável Pós Graduação / MBA;Registro no Conselho de Classe Responsável. Disponibilidade para trabalhar 150 Mensal 30 Semanal
