Nossos valores S SolidariedadeE ExcelênciaR Resultado Descubra mais sobre nós clicando no link abaixo. http://irssl.org.br/institucional/#institucionalResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar avaliações clínicas detalhadas dos pacientes, incluindo anamnese completa, exame físico e análise do histórico médico, com foco em patologias que causam dores crônicas;Diagnosticar e tratar diferentes tipos de dor, com foco especial na dor crônica, com o objetivo de melhorar a qualidade de vida e funcionalidade do paciente utilizando exames laboratoriais, de imagem e exames complementares quando necessário;Elaborar planos terapêuticos individualizados, incluindo tratamento medicamentoso, orientações nutricionais e acompanhamento clínico das patologiasAcompanhar pacientes adultos com doenças agudas e crônicas, síndromes funcionais, entre outras; Solicitar, interpretar e acompanhar resultados de exames diagnósticos, quando aplicáveis ao serviço; Orientar e educar pacientes e familiares sobre diagnósticos, tratamentos, prevenção de doenças e adesão ao plano terapêutico; Realizar atendimentos ambulatoriais e/ou hospitalares conforme escopo assistencial da unidade; Manter registros completos, atualizados e precisos dos atendimentos, diagnósticos, condutas e evolução clínica dos pacientes em prontuário eletrônico (Tasy); Realizar prescrições médicas, emitir receitas, laudos e pareceres técnicos relacionados à especialidade; Participar de reuniões clínicas, discussões de casos, comissões técnicas e atividades multiprofissionais da instituição; Contribuir para atividades de ensino, capacitação e supervisão de estudantes de medicina, residentes e outros profissionais de saúde, quando aplicável; Participar de ações de educação continuada, congressos e eventos científicos, mantendo-se atualizado quanto às diretrizes e avanços da especialidade; Atuar em conformidade com as normas institucionais, protocolos assistenciais, legislação vigente e Código de Ética Médica.
