Nossos valores S SolidariedadeE ExcelênciaR Resultado Descubra mais sobre nós clicando no link abaixo. http://irssl.org.br/institucional/#institucionalResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar avaliações detalhadas dos pacientes, incluindo exames físicos e análises de histórico médico; Diagnosticar condições que afetam a mobilidade, função e qualidade de vida, utilizando exames de imagem e testes laboratoriais quando necessário; Elaborar planos de tratamento personalizados que incluem exercícios terapêuticos, medicamentos, técnicas de terapia manual e recomendações de dispositivos auxiliares; Desenvolver e supervisionar programas de reabilitação para pacientes com lesões neurológicas, musculoesqueléticas, amputações, lesões encefálicas, lesão medular, ortopédicas e reumatológicas, pacientes adultos e infantis; Promover a independência funcional e a reintegração social dos pacientes; Orientar e educar os pacientes e suas famílias sobre a condição médica, o tratamento proposto e a importância da adesão ao plano de reabilitação; Participar na formação e supervisão de estudantes de medicina, residentes e outros profissionais de saúde; Manter registros detalhados e precisos sobre as avaliações, planos de tratamento e progresso dos pacientes; Participar em reuniões multidisciplinares, grupo de orientações e acolhimento, comissões e comitês de reabilitação dentro da instituição; Contribuir para a pesquisa clínica na área de medicina física e reabilitação, promovendo a inovação e a melhoria contínua dos tratamentos; Participar em conferências e seminários para manter-se atualizado com as últimas tendências e avanços na especialidade; Realizar os atendimentos e registrar em prontuário eletrônico (Tasy); Realizar prescrições e/ou receitas para seus pacientes referente as medicações cuja decisão de introduzir ao paciente seja do próprio médico Fisiatra; Emitir laudos e pareceres.
