Acolher a pessoa custodiada; realizar os atendimentos prévios e posteriores à Audiência de Custódia; realizar atendimentos com os familiares da pessoa custodiada; mapear a rede de proteção social e demais instituições do município; preencher formulários, planilhas e outros instrumentais do Serviço APEC; fazer parcerias, realizar visitas técnicas e atividades de articulação junto à rede; participar de espaços de discussão de caso; mobilizar e executar Encontros de Rede; desenvolver diálogos e ações conjuntas com as unidades de prevenção das bases territoriais; promover encaminhamentos para os equipamentos da rede de proteção social e para os serviços de acompanhamento das medidas cautelares; monitorar os encaminhamentos realizados para a CEAPA; participar das ações do município relacionadas à segurança pública e temáticas relacionadas à pessoa custodiada e à política de alternativas penais; participar de reuniões com a Diretoria de Alternativas Penais, de capacitações e outros espaços de formação; entre outras.
