  • 📍 Local: Atuação presencial em Vitória-ES
  • ⏳ Duração: 12 meses, com possibilidade de efetivação

🔍 QUEM PODE PARTICIPAR?

  • Profissionais com Doutorado completo ou estágio Pós-Doutoral em Química, Engenharia Química ou Engenharia de Processos, cuja linha de pesquisa seja Processos Industriais.

☑️ REQUISITOS:

  • Residir no Espírito Santo e possuir currículo Lattes atualizado;
  • Não possuir vínculo empregatício, remuneração, outra bolsa, vínculo societário com instituições participantes ou parentesco com membros da equipe do projeto;
  • Experiência acadêmica ou profissional em projetos de Pesquisa, Desenvolvimento e Inovação (PD&I) envolvendo modelagem e simulação de processos, integração de tecnologias em plantas industriais, desenvolvimento de modelos computacionais e análise de cenários operacionais.

🔹 Diferenciais que podem te destacar:

  • Domínio avançado em softwares de engenharia e simulação de processos (como Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS e DWSIM);
  • Conhecimentos em metodologias de integração energética (Pinch Analysis), balanços de massa e energia complexos e projetos de retrofit industrial;
  • Raciocínio lógico apurado, capacidade analítica, visão sistêmica e sólida organização técnica;
  • Proatividade, habilidade no diagnóstico e resolução de problemas complexos e excelente comunicação técnica;
  • Aptidão para trabalhar em equipes multidisciplinares e em projetos estratégicos de inovação.

🎯 O que você fará?

  • 🔸 Mapear e diagnosticar processos industriais prioritários para avaliação de estratégias de descarbonização;
  • 🔸 Desenvolver e validar modelos computacionais de processos industriais integrados a sistemas de captura, utilização e armazenamento de carbono (CCS/CCUS);
  • 🔸 Realizar balanços rigorosos de massa e energia, identificando gargalos operacionais e oportunidades de otimização térmica e de consumo energético;
  • 🔸 Desenvolver simulações de cenários operacionais e aplicar análises de integração energética (_Pinch Analysis_);
  • 🔸 Avaliar viabilidade e alternativas técnicas para a integração de novas tecnologias e projetos de retrofit em plantas industriais existentes;
  • 🔸 Estruturar e manter a biblioteca de modelos computacionais e os procedimentos padrão de simulação do Centro de Competência;
  • 🔸 Elaborar entregáveis técnicos estratégicos do projeto, incluindo modelos computacionais validados, estudos de simulação de processos e relatórios de viabilidade técnica.
