🎯 O DESAFIO: Você será peça-chave no desenvolvimento do Projeto: Bolsista em Inovação, Estruturação e Digitalização da Gestão de PD na TUPY.

  • 📍 Local: Atuação presencial em Joinville-SC;
  • ⏳ Duração: 5 meses + 12 meses de prorrogação;
  • 🕒 Carga horária: 40 horas semanais;
  • 💰 Bolsa: R$ 5.500,00 líquidos/mês;

🔍 QUEM PODE PARTICIPAR?

  • Profissionais com Superior Completo + 3 anos de experiência em projetos de pesquisa, desenvolvimento ou inovação;
  • Formação em Engenharia Produção, Mecânica, Materiais, Computação, Automação ou áreas correlatas.

☑️ REQUISITOS:

  • Experiência com Levantamento, análise e tradução de necessidades de negócio;
  • Conhecimentos em Modelagem e gestão de processos de P&D;
  • Experiência com Gestão da informação e estruturação de dados;
  • Conhecimento com Conceitos de gestão de projetos e portfólio de P&D.

🔹 Diferenciais que podem te destacar:

  • Conhecimento com papel de Product Owner, Analista de Negócios ou PMO Digital;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de apoio à gestão, dados e visualização;
  • Familiaridade com SAP (visão funcional e uso gerencial);
  • Noções de desenvolvimento de sistemas e tecnologia da informação;
  • Inglês Intermediário.

🎯 O que você fará?

  • 🔸Mapear e analisar os processos de execução de projetos de P&D;
  • 🔸Desenvolver e estruturar sistema de apoio à gestão de P&D;
  • 🔸Apoiar a consolidação, análise e visualização de dados de P&D.
