🎯 O DESAFIO: Você será peça-chave no desenvolvimento do Projeto: Desenvolvimento de tecnologias aplicadas nas rotas de beneficiamento de minério de ferro na VALE S.A.

  • 📍 Local: Atuação híbrido em Xerém - Rio de Janeiro ou Nova Lima - Belo Horizonte (3x presencial);
  • ⏳ Duração: 12 meses, com possibilidade de efetivação;
  • 🕒 Carga horária: 40 horas semanais;
  • 💰 Bolsa: R$4.200,00 líquidos/mês;

🔍 QUEM PODE PARTICIPAR?

  • Profissionais com Mestrado Completo;
  • Formação em Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.

☑️ REQUISITOS:

  • Gestão econômica e orçamentária de projetos e centros de custo, com acompanhamento de realizado, empenho, projeções, desvios e riscos;
  • Gestão e monitoramento do portfólio de projetos, consolidando informações e acompanhando status físico e financeiro;
  • Estruturação de indicadores de gestão, incluindo definição de métricas, fórmulas de cálculo e desenvolvimento de dashboards e painéis gerenciais;
  • Revisão e aprimoramento de critérios de priorização de projetos, benchmarking de metodologias e estruturação de matrizes de avaliação;
  • Mapeamento de tecnologias, projetos e desafios estratégicos, identificando oportunidades e lacunas tecnológicas;
  • Disponibilidade para realizar eventuais viagens a trabalho para o Rio de Janeiro ou Minas Gerais.

🔹 Diferenciais que podem te destacar:

  • Conhecimento em Excel;
  • Conhecimento em Power BI;
  • Experiência com Inteligência Artificial;
  • Inglês Intermediário.

  • 🔸 Suporte à Gestão Econômica da Diretoria;
  • 🔸 Gestão e Monitoramento do Portfólio de Projetos, considerando priorização e report de indicadores;
  • 🔸 Apoio a Estudos Estratégicos e à Governança da Carteira.
