🎯 O DESAFIO: Você será peça-chave no desenvolvimento do Projeto: Framework Integrado de Inteligência Regulatória e Gestão de Indicadores ESG para Relatos Corporativos na VIBRA.

  • 📍 Local: Híbrido no Rio de Janeiro-RJ (x3 na semana presencial);

🔍 QUEM PODE PARTICIPAR?

  • Profissionais com Doutorado Completo + 2 anos de experiência em projetos;
  • Formação em Engenharias, Economia, Estatística, Ciência de Dados e áreas correlatas.

☑️ REQUISITOS:

  • Experiência em Inteligência Artificial aplicada à gestão e análise de informações corporativas;
  • Conhecimentos em Linguagens de programação e análise de dados (Python, SQL ou R);
  • Conhecimentos em Análise de dados, elaboração de dashboards e indicadores gerenciais (Excel, Power BI ou ferramentas similares);
  • Planejamento estratégico e melhoria contínua de processos;
  • Inglês intermediário.

  • Conhecimento sobre Mudanças climáticas, riscos físicos e de transição e adaptação climática;
  • Sustentabilidade corporativa e frameworks de reporte ESG (IFRS S1/S2, TCFD, SASB, ISE, CSA S&P Global, GRI e CDP);
  • Conhecimento em temas ESG relacionados ao setor de energia;
  • Estruturação de frameworks corporativos, políticas, processos, metas e indicadores de gestão.

🎯 O que você fará?

  • 🔸 Apoiar o desenvolvimento e a implementação de frameworks corporativos de sustentabilidade, alinhados às melhores práticas e referências de mercado;
  • 🔸Realizar pesquisas, análises de dados e benchmarking para subsidiar a construção de metodologias, indicadores e ferramentas de apoio à tomada de decisão;
  • 🔸Contribuir para a elaboração de dashboards, relatórios e materiais executivos voltados ao monitoramento de temas ESG, riscos climáticos e sustentabilidade corporativa.
