Buscamos um(a) Analista de Hardware Sênior para integrar nosso time. Será responsável por fortalecer a equipe de desenvolvimento de hardware nas soluções eletrônicas de projetos de rastreabilidade e identificação, atuando na definição de arquiteturas, no projeto e na validação de sistemas eletrônicos de alta confiabilidade e no suporte à industrialização, contribuindo para o cumprimento de cronogramas e metas.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

Definir e validar arquiteturas eletrônicas, estabelecendo requisitos e especificações e orientando decisões técnicas de engenharia. Projetar e revisar circuitos analógicos e digitais para aquisição de sinais, controle de sensores e distribuição de energia, otimizando para baixo ruído, alta precisão, EMC e eficiência térmica. Desenvolver esquemáticos em ferramentas CAD (Altium, Cadence ou KiCad) e validar por simulação (SPICE, LTspice). Projetar layouts de PCB multicamadas, considerando alta velocidade, integridade de sinal e gerenciamento térmico. Integrar sensores, sistemas de identificação e módulos de comunicação (Ethernet, USB, CAN), garantindo compatibilidade com alimentação e sistemas embarcados. Liderar a prototipagem e a validação de hardware, incluindo testes de EMI/EMC, térmicos e de durabilidade. Dar suporte à industrialização e apoio técnico às demais disciplinas (firmware, software, mecânica e testes), coordenando design reviews. Selecionar componentes críticos, gerenciar obsolescência e acompanhar a fabricação de PCBs junto a fornecedores. Elaborar especificações técnicas, esquemáticos e relatórios de validação, mantendo o registro de revisões de design. Propor melhorias para redução de custos e aumento de confiabilidade.

Requisitos e Qualificações

Formação: Graduação em Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica ou áreas correlatas. Inglês Avançado para leitura e escrita de documentação técnica. Experiência consolidada em desenvolvimento de hardware para sistemas complexos (preferencialmente equipamentos médicos, de automação ou industriais). Domínio de ferramentas de design (Altium, Cadence) e simulação de circuitos (SPICE). Conhecimento em padrões EMC, técnicas de layout de PCB e gerenciamento térmico. Experiência com sistemas de aquisição de sinais de alta precisão e conversão A/D. Perfil: atenção a detalhes, capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão em prazos curtos sem comprometer a qualidade, boa comunicação com laboratório, fornecedores e equipes multidisciplinares.

Diferenciais

Domínio de HDL (VHDL/Verilog) e ferramentas de síntese (Vivado, Quartus, ModelSim). Familiaridade com testes de certificação (EMC, segurança elétrica). Experiência com projetos de alta densidade (HDI) ou PCBs flex-rigid. Conhecimento em sistemas de imagem médica. Oportunidade de contribuir com patentes e publicações técnicas.
