Atua desde o nascimento ao processo de envelhecimento, propiciando o desenvolvimento de habilidades e potencialidades que favoreçam a escolaridade e o emprego apoiado, além de oferecer assessoria jurídica às famílias acerca dos direitos das pessoas com deficiência intelectual.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na portaria da instituição, atendendo visitantes, usuários, funcionários, solicitando identificação, preenchimento de registros de recepção, orientando sobre normas disciplinares e de segurança a serem seguidas durante a permanência nas dependências da instituição.Controlar a entrada e saída de veículos de passeio e de carga, tendo de conferir notas fiscais, inspecionando e efetuando revistas nos veículos.Controlar a entrada e saída de veículos da empresa.Acompanhar a entrada e saída dos funcionários do setor do Trabalho Educacional/Longevidade , para controle e segurança dos mesmos.Efetuar a entrega de chaves aos funcionários responsáveis pelas áreas, realizando os registros necessários.Recebimento de mercadorias e doações.Fazer ronda.Trabalhar na função de operador de monitoramento aos finais de semanas e feriados se necessário.Fazer o livro de ocorrência;Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisito ObrigatórioEnsino médio completoConhecimento especifico na área da portaria Atendimento ao cliente Requisito Desejável Desejável conhecimento em livro de ocorrências e controles de rotina .Informações adicionaisOferecemos:Escala 12x36- Horário 06h às 18hVale transporteAlimentação no local com desconto por refeiçãoCesta básica entregue na residência ou VA de R$223,60/mês,Assistência médica opcional para o funcionário (desconto mensal R$19,45 + coparticipação),Assistência odontológica (sem custo para o funcionário)Seguro de vida (sem custo também)Consignado (após 6 meses)Convênio GympassDay off do dia de aniversário
