  • Liderar, inspirar e desenvolver a equipe de cozinha.
  • Criar e atualizar menus autorais alinhados ao conceito do hotel.
  • Garantir padrão de qualidade, sabor, apresentação e consistência dos pratos.
  • Controlar custos, estoques e desperdícios, mantendo alta rentabilidade.
  • Assegurar cumprimento de normas de higiene, segurança e vigilância sanitária.
  • Atuar em parceria com A&B e demais áreas operacionais.
  • Acompanhar feedbacks de hóspedes e propor melhorias contínuas.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência sólida como Chef de Cozinha ou Sous Chef em hotel 5 estrelas ou restaurante fine dining.
  • Formação em Gastronomia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Domínio de técnicas clássicas e contemporâneas de cozinha.
  • Vivência com gestão de equipe, escalas, compras e ficha técnica.
  • Conhecimento de boas práticas de manipulação de alimentos e legislação sanitária.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em escala flexível, incluindo finais de semana e feriados.
  • Capacidade de comunicação clara e foco em experiência do hóspede.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência prévia em redes internacionais de luxo.
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado.
  • Passagens por cozinhas internacionais ou estágios no exterior.
  • Participação em premiações, eventos gastronômicos ou consultorias.
  • Conhecimento em culinária sustentável, sazonal e zero waste.
