¿Cuáles serán sus principales desafíos?

  • Relevar el estado del arte de las temáticas relativas a Finanzas Corporativas, identificando su evolución a partir de la incorporación de nuevas tecnologías y herramientas de data analytics.
  • Proponer hipótesis de estudio que desafíen los modelos actuales de estrategias financieras, integrando enfoques innovadores impulsados por la transformación digital.
  • Generar conocimiento publicable que permita difundir resultados científicos de temáticas sobre cómo las tecnologías impactan en el desarrollo de las finanzas corporativas en el país, con especial atención al contexto y las necesidades de las PyMEs y grandes empresas locales.
  • Proponer temas de estudio que conformen parte de la oferta académica de doctorado del ITBA
  • Dirigir trabajos finales de doctorado de manera interdisciplinaria, articulando dentro de lo posible, con disciplinas tecnológicas existentes dentro del ITBA
  • Identificar la necesidad de desarrollo de actividades interdisciplinarias dentro de los planes de formación de grado y posgrado, interactuando con los Directores de las carreras que correspondan
  • Colaborar en la identificación de áreas de vacancias disciplinares que permitan abordar nuevos desafíos de investigación dentro dela Universidad
  • Interactuar con el sector socioproductivo para abordar soluciones en conjunto proponiendo métodos replicables y escalables

Desafíos Transversales

  • Colaborar con los Directores de carreras de Doctorado dentro del ITBA para lograr la articulación horizontal, dentro de lo posible, contenidos académicos y prácticas curriculares con otras carreras de grado y posgrado dentro del ITBA
  • Proponer al Director del Departamento de Investigación y Doctorado iniciativas de mejoras o temáticas científicas, que resulten del estudio disciplinar

Requisitos

¿Qué valoramos?

  • Poseer título de posgrado (doctorado)
  • Demostrar Experiencia en dirección de proyectos de tesis de posgrado (finalizados)
  • Participación en proyectos de I+D+i+T
  • Poseer antecedentes en la generación de publicaciones científicas en la disciplina

Tener actualizados en CVar (http://cvar.sicytar.mincyt.gob.ar/auth/) sus antecedentes académicos

Requisitos Deseables

  • Poseer experiencia en actividades de docencia en nivel de doctorado
  • Formación en pedagogía, gestión académica o en metodologías de enseñanza
  • Participación activa en proyectos de investigación
  • Al menos nivel intermedio de idioma inglés
