- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve order issues promptly focusing on accuracy and clear communication.

- Assist with customer account reconciliations, invoice corrections, credit memos, payment application and payment-related inquiries.

- Maintain accurate records of processed and reviewed orders, approvals, communications, and issue resolutions.

- Support month-end close by ensuring all orders are processed, reviewed and approved and ready for accurate and timely billing.

- Follow internal controls, company policies, documentation standards, and compliance procedures related to sales orders and receivables.

- Recommend process improvements to reduce billing errors, improve order accuracy, and strengthen the order-to-cash workflow.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW / HAVE

- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Order Management, Finance Operations, Collections, or a related administrative finance role.

- Strong understanding of invoices, payment terms, customer balances, credit holds, collections activity, account reconciliation, and billing workflows.

- Ability to process and review sales orders, purchase orders, contracts, customer records, and account documentation with a high level of accuracy.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies, missing information, and potential billing issues quickly.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Clear and professional communication skills when working with internal teams and, when needed, customers.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, accounting systems, ERP platforms, or CRM/order management tools.

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce, or similar ERP, CRM, billing, or accounting systems.

- Knowledge of order-to-cash, cash application and collections.

- Experience supporting billing deadlines, month-end close, invoice adjustments, or credit memo processing.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
