Join a mission-driven team dedicated to simplifying life for people with diabetes. We’re seeking an Associate Manager, U.S. Launch Support to drive meaningful impact through innovative technology, helping our customers enjoy greater freedom and healthier lives while growing your career in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

The Associate Manager, U.S. Launch Support supports commercial readiness and execution for U.S. product launches, feature releases, and major product innovations. Based within U.S. HCP Marketing and reporting to the U.S. Launch Lead, this role is dedicated to U.S. product launches. Success will be measured by launch readiness and execution, and by the ability of our launch plans to drive HCP awareness, confidence, and adoption of our growing portfolio.

Working across commercial and functional teams, the Associate Manager manages readiness activities, brings together workstream inputs, follows through on dependencies, and maintains launch documentation and reporting. The role coordinates within the U.S. launch strategy set by the Launch Lead, with functional teams owning their strategies, deliverables, and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

U.S. Launch Readiness and Execution

  • Coordinate assigned readiness activities within the approved U.S. launch plan, using integrated planning tools and established governance processes.
  • Assemble functional inputs and readiness evidence for launch readiness reviews and decision documents, identifying gaps, driving accountability, and helping to ensure key launch milestones are met.
  • Manage follow-through on assigned readiness gaps, coordinating Marketing, Field, Training, Customer Support, Digital Customer Experience, and Market Access milestones with the teams that own them.
  • Coordinate communications readiness for assigned launches, including internal and external communications plans, day-of-launch support, and integrated launch FAQs, with functional owners responsible for content and approvals.
  • Help identify launch dependencies, execution risks, and potential gaps, summarize their impact, and work with functional owners to outline potential next steps for review with the U.S. Launch Lead and Commercial PMO.
  • Participate in launch planning meetings, document decisions and assigned actions, follow up with owners, and flag overdue items or unresolved dependencies.

Launch Content and Coordination

  • Maintain a consolidated view of global toolkit inputs and required U.S. launch deliverables, using existing project plans to track availability, approval status, need-by dates, owners, and readiness gaps.
  • Coordinate functional decisions on whether global materials are adopted, adapted, or newly developed for the U.S., and track those decisions to completion.
  • Coordinate launch material requirements, delivery dates, and handoffs with functional content owners and project-management partners.
  • Flag inconsistent terminology, claims, or evidence across launch materials to the appropriate owner, helping keep approved messaging, evidence, and execution consistent across channels.
  • Maintain organized internal launch content, workstream plans, and executional guidance for internal and external partners.

Cross-Functional Launch Coordination

  • Serve as a day-to-day coordination contact for assigned launch workstreams and deliverables.
  • Partner with Field Marketing, Sales and Training teams to confirm launch resource availability and deployment readiness for customer-facing teams.
  • Coordinate evidence, access, and reimbursement inputs with Medical Affairs and Market Access owners, identifying dependencies affecting launch materials and readiness.
  • Coordinate launch requirements and handoffs with agency leads and functional owners, flagging delivery risks affecting readiness.

  • Prepare launch performance summaries that highlight operational issues and functional recommendations for review with the U.S. Launch Lead.
  • Capture lessons learned from current and prior launches, document agreed processes and handoffs, and maintain reusable templates and improvement recommendations for future launches.
  • Help ensure that launch activities are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
