Candidates should enjoy the factory setting and be comfortable interfacing with and influencing supplier personnel ranging from shop floor operators to leadership.

Responsibilities: • Lead, manage and implement supplier capital qualifications from kick-off to implementation into production • Generate validation/qualification protocols and coordinate their execution and final reporting • Identify, justify, and implement process improvement opportunities within regulated tier 1 component suppliers • Travel to suppliers to lead capital qualification projects, as well as to root cause and implement corrective actions in response to quality issues • Participate on teams responsible for the procurement and installation of manufacturing equipment at global suppliers • Participate in product design reviews with emphasis on design for manufacture • All other duties as assigned

Education and Experience: Minimum Requirements: • BS Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Manufacturing/Industrial, Bio-medical, Chemical) and 2+ years in a regulated industry (relevant co-op experience will be considered)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
