Commercial Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued commercial clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their unique insurance needs.
  2. Policy Administration: Expertly handle all aspects of policy administration, including processing endorsements, renewals, and new business applications with precision and attention to detail.
  3. Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to mitigate risks effectively.
  4. Claims Assistance: Provide exceptional support to clients throughout the claims process, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  5. Account Maintenance: Keep accurate records of client interactions and policy details in our AMS360 system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • P&C License: Must possess a valid Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • AMS360 Proficiency: Demonstrated experience and proficiency in AMS360 or similar insurance agency management system.
  • Commercial Lines Expertise: Solid understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting principles.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Hybrid Schedule: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two remote days per week. Plus, enjoy early Fridays, leaving at 3 PM to kick off your weekend adventures!
