About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and results-driven Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to join our growing People team. In this role, you will lead full-lifecycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles, act as a trusted advisor to key leadership stakeholders, and help shape our long-term talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex and high-priority roles across various business units.
  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, networking, and talent pools.
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural add, and compensation expectations.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job specifications, and set realistic hiring timelines.
  • Provide data-informed market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring recommendations to business leaders.
  • Train and coach hiring panels on structured interviewing techniques and unconscious bias reduction.

Candidate Experience & Process Excellence

  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience at every touchpoint, ensuring prompt communication and actionable feedback.
  • Manage and optimize candidate workflows within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain high data integrity.
  • Drive job offer processes, including pre-closing candidates, crafting competitive offers, and negotiating terms.

Strategy, Branding & Continuous Improvement

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives across all hiring pipelines.
  • Collaborate on employer branding efforts, such as talent events, university partnerships, and social media campaigns.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Pass-through Rates) to continuously improve process efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated mastery of passive sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced search strings.
  • Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse,Keka, Workday) and recruiting tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build credibility and manage relationships with executive stakeholders and hiring teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience using recruiting data to inform strategy and solve hiring bottlenecks.

  • Prior experience recruiting with a product based company
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, AIRS, AIRS CIR).
