  • Eigenständige Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnungen
  • Ansprechpartner für steuer-, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsrechtliche Fragen
  • Aktualisierung der Personalstammdaten sowie abrechnungsrelevanter Informationen
  • Verantwortung für die termingerechte Übermittlung aller Meldungen an Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträger
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung unserer Payroll-Prozesse
  • Unterstützung bei internen Audits und Prüfungen Finanzbehörden oder Sozialversicherungsträger

SUCHEN WIR DICH?

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation?
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung und behältst auch bei komplexen Fällen den Überblick?
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in DATEV LuG und idealerweise mit Personio?
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht?
  • Du hast daran Spaß, mit Kollegen/innen, Behörden und externen Partnern zu kommunizieren?
  • Du bringst Diskretion, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen mit?
  • Du hast Lust Dich in ein modernes, offenes Team einzubringen und Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten?
