  • Ensure fiber terminations and enclosures remain clean, protected, secure, and traceable.
  • Coordinate with Network, ICSS, Instrumentation, IT/OT, Operations, Engineering, and OEM/vendor teams.
  • Record fiber repairs, splices, test results, defects, and maintenance activities in CMMS and approved documentation.
  • Comply with PTW, LOTO, HSE, safe fiber handling, laser safety, and site requirements.

  • Experience with fiber labeling, cable identification, documentation, and traceability.
  • Ability to troubleshoot fiber breaks, high attenuation, poor splices, connector contamination, and link failures.
  • Experience supporting commissioning, tie-ins, restoration, and industrial network maintenance.
  • Ability to maintain test equipment, calibration records, splicing tools, and consumables.
  • Good understanding of PTW, LOTO, HSE, laser safety, and site work practices.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
