Our Potential Opportunity

INTECH Automation & Intelligence is seeking an experienced O&M Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in overseeing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Field Services, ensuring operational excellence, effective resource management, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth across industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Utilities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in positioning INTECH as a premium managed services and technical solutions provider through operational excellence, customer-focused solutions, and measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Lead and Deliver

Operations & Resource Management

  • Lead O&M field operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage resource planning, mobilization, rotations, performance, and workforce optimization.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, improve service delivery, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with HR and internal stakeholders on workforce planning, localization, and succession planning.

Customer & Contract Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers.
  • Manage contract performance, KPIs, SLAs, renewals, and commercial opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and identify opportunities to expand service offerings.

Business Growth

  • Identify new business opportunities, maintenance contracts, shutdown projects, and managed service opportunities.
  • Support bids, technical proposals, staffing plans, and commercial discussions.
  • Work closely with Sales and Engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Sales, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Promote a culture of operational excellence, customer satisfaction, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent INTECH during customer meetings, operational reviews, and project mobilizations.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
  • 8–12 years of professional experience, including at least 4–5 years in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Strong experience in industrial Operations & Maintenance, maintenance management, and reliability practices.
  • Experience in managing O&M contracts, operational delivery, customer relationships, and commercial performance.
  • Understanding of PLC, SCADA, and DCS working principles.
  • Understanding of WHCP, Christmas Tree, and RTU panels.
  • Exposure to automation, control systems, and electrical/instrumentation services will be preferred.
  • Experience in bid management, contract renewals, account management, and business development.
  • Proven ability to manage resources, lead teams, resolve conflicts, and handle operational escalations.
