INTECH Process Automation is seeking an experienced Security Coordinator to join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team. The selected candidate will be Responsible for providing Arabic-language security coordination and liaison for site activities, supporting access control, personnel documentation, authority coordination, and communication between Company, contractors, site stakeholders, and Arabic-speaking personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily personnel, vehicle, visitor, and equipment access in accordance with site security requirements.
- Prepare and maintain access lists, security passes, badges, permits, and authorization records.
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of personnel, vehicles, equipment, and contractors.
- Verify access requirements against approved personnel lists, work scopes, and site authorizations.
- Maintain accurate security registers, access records, visitor logs, vehicle records, and databases.
- Coordinate with Company Security, Operations, HSE, HR, Logistics, Contractors, and Project teams.
- Support issuance, renewal, cancellation, and control of security passes and site access credentials.
- Coordinate security arrangements for deliveries, material movements, special activities, shutdowns, and project mobilization.
- Identify and resolve access restrictions, documentation gaps, expired passes, and security-interface issues.
- Monitor daily access status and escalate unauthorized access attempts or security concerns.
- Support personnel accountability, muster information, emergency access, and security-related communications.
- Prepare daily/weekly security reports, access summaries, registers, and status updates.
- Maintain controlled security documentation and ensure records are accurate, current, and traceable.
- Support security incident reporting and coordinate required follow-up with Security.
- Comply with the Security procedures, site rules, HSE requirements, confidentiality, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
- Relevant degree, diploma, or professional certification appropriate to the assigned function.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial/site security, including 3 years on Oil & Gas sites.
- Demonstrated competency in security coordination, access control, site security administration, and liaison activities.
- Professional Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal.
- English communication capability sufficient for Company coordination, documentation, and reporting.
- Experience coordinating with authorities, security agencies, Company Security, contractors, and site stakeholders.
- Knowledge of access lists, permits, passes, personnel/vehicle records, and security documentation.
- Experience supporting mobilization, demobilization, visitor access, deliveries, and security arrangements.
- Ability to accurately communicate and explain security procedures, instructions, and incident information.
- Good coordination, communication, organization, and recordkeeping skills.
- Strong awareness of site security, emergency procedures, confidentiality, HSE, and Internal requirements.
