Business Analyst ITNos équipes s'agrandissent, nous recherchons un Business Analyst, mais surtout un collègue. Chez InTech, il est dans notre ADN de laisser le choix aux collaborateurs sur l'évolution qu'ils souhaitent donner à leur carrière. • Vos compétences sont utiles sur :• Les techniques de modélisation des processus• Les outils de maquettage• La modélisation de données en relationnel ou non-relationnel• L'écoute client• Des méthodologies de tests• La communication : sens du relationnel, négociation, diplomatie• La pratique de l'Agilité • Vos missions pourront consister à :• Participer au recueil des besoins et à la formalisation des souhaits métiers• Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles (et/ou techniques) en adéquation avec les métiers• Modéliser les processus• Analyser les impacts des solutions proposées sur les processus et les systèmes d'information• Planifier / lotir avec les équipes techniques (Backlogs, Sprint, User stories…)• Définir les scénarii et plans de tests• Tester les développements livrés par les équipes techniques• Assister les utilisateurs au démarrage des projets• Communiquer avec le Project Manager pour le point de suivi de projet et le respect des délais des tâches à réaliser • Niveau de langues souhaité : • Français : courant• Anglais : bon niveauLa connaissance d'une autre langue (luxembourgeois, allemand, italien, espagnol) est considérée comme un atoutType de contrat : CDI
