Notre équipe Design est impliquée dès le début des projets. Nous proposons des solutions originales, innovantes et adaptées. Nous créons des produits et services de qualité, le plus souvent applicatifs. Nos projets sont divers et touchent à différents domaines.InTech est à la recherche d'un.e designer.euse UX passionné.e pour rejoindre son équipe.Cette personne est passionnée par le design, créative et adore être challengée. Elle doit également avoir de bonnes connaissances en Design : Grilles, Design Systems, Responsive design, etc.. Et savoir se poser les bonnes questions quand elle conçoit un produit ou une interface.Pour cette personne, les valeurs humaines sont centrales : elle est empathique, créative, motivée et a un bon sens de l'humour ! • Vous avez acquis et développé des compétences techniques sur plusieurs des aspects suivants :• Recherche utilisateur et analyse : entretiens, observation, questionnaires, analyses expertes, analyses de comparables, etc.• Création de livrables avec des résultats actionnables : personas, parcours utilisateurs, etc.• Co-Création et Idéation : déterminer et mettre en place les bons Workshops en fonction des besoins, animer les workshops.• Design UX : conception de workflows, d'architecture d'information, de wireframes et de prototypes en prenant en compte à la fois les contraintes techniques, les besoins business et utilisateurs.• Tests utilisateurs : mise en place des protocoles de tests, passation des tests et analyse des résultats• Maîtrise d'un ou plusieurs outils de prototypage et de conception: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, … • Point Bonus :• Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en design UI pour être capable de faire un design visuel• Vous avez géré des projets ou été lead designer de projets• Vous avez l'habitude de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les développeurs pour trouver les solutions les plus adaptées• Vous avez travaillé en environnements agiles• Vous avez des bases en accessibilité• Vous avez de bonnes capacités d'adaptation• Vous aimez relever des nouveaux challenges et vous adapter à de nouveaux outils • Vos missions consisteront à :• Identifier et formuler les besoins des utilisateurs et des clients• Proposer la bonne approche et les bonnes méthodes UX en fonction du contexte, des besoins et des contraintes techniques.• Préparer et mener la phase de recherche utilisateur et présenter les résultats aux clients et aux équipes• Résoudre des problématiques et traduire les requis en solutions simples et impactantes • Langues requises :• Français : courant• Anglais : bon niveau• Nous vous offrons :• Evolution de vos savoir-faire et savoir-être au travers de formations adaptées : plan de formation partagé et adapté au mieux aux souhaits des collaborateurs• Un suivi opérationnel de proximité par des managers et/ou expert• Rétribution motivante (prime, tickets repas, déplacement, parking…)• Possibilité de suivre des formations (soft et hard skills)• Culture d'entreprise basée sur des valeurs humaines et pérennes• Environnement de travail collaboratif agréable où vous pourrez évoluer au sein d'équipes dynamiques et engagées• Animation et activités proposées hors des contextes projets…Type de contrat : CDI
