VACANCY – DEMOLITION SITE SUPERVISOR – E16, LONDON

Location: E16, London Position: Demolition Site Supervisor Start: To be confirmed Duration: Long-term Rate: TBC

We are looking for an experienced Demolition Site Supervisor to oversee works on a construction project in E16, London.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supervising demolition works
  • Strong understanding of demolition methods and site procedures
  • Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Experience coordinating site operatives and subcontractors
  • Ability to read and follow risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Reliable, proactive and able to lead a team effectively
  • Valid CSCS card and relevant supervisory qualifications

Duties:

  • Supervise day-to-day demolition activities on site
  • Coordinate operatives, subcontractors, plant and equipment
  • Ensure work is completed safely and in line with project requirements
  • Monitor compliance with RAMS and site health and safety procedures
  • Carry out site inspections and address any safety concerns
  • Liaise with site management and other trades
  • Monitor progress and help ensure work is completed to programme
  • Maintain a safe, tidy and well-organised working environment
