JOB SUMMARY

Coordinate and monitor site operations to ensure project goals are met efficiently while enforcing workplace safety standards in acoustic glass partition installations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and team member to align activities with project goals and timelines.
  • Monitor work progress to optimize site productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Enforce workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Prepare and maintain daily drawings, work schedules, and site documentation to track project progress.
  • Manage materials delivery and maintain proper site housekeeping to support efficient workflows.
  • Assist management in conducting site inspections and fulfilling project requirements.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Risk management Level 2 certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in glass installation company.
  • Knowledge of Singapore construction practices and safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills demonstrated through managing site teams and coordinating stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Friendly, have good verbal, writing and interpersonal skills.
