Job Description

IntegriChain is seeking a detailed-oriented, polished, data-savvy, client-focused Senior Consultant who is also energetic, outgoing and personable to join our dynamic and growing Advisory Services practice. The ideal candidate is not only a natural relationship-builder but also highly organized, self-driven, and eager to dive into technical information such as health care regulatory guidance and federal legislations while bringing enthusiasm to every challenge. They thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and aren’t afraid to ask clarifying questions to ensure success. This individual will support the most innovative life sciences and pharmaceutical companies in the world by delivering strategic, operational, and compliance advisory services across the U.S. Government Pricing (GP) landscape.

This role, within the Advisory practice at IntegriChain, is part of an elite team of consultants who leverage their Life Sciences domain expertise to analyze, model, and synthesize secondary information to provide insights to our customers within the Government Pricing (“GP”) domain area. The consultant will work alongside our team of seasoned industry domain experts to analyze regulatory guidance, interpret pricing methodologies, and translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients while providing prompt, accurate, and compliant pricing, and contracting advice to our customers. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of experience who enjoy solving complex problems, working directly with clients, and developing deep expertise in pharmaceutical pricing, contracting, and regulatory compliance. Candidates may come from consulting, industry, or adjacent healthcare roles.

The role involves supporting multiple client accounts simultaneously, managing deliverables end-to-end, and serving as a trusted day-to-day advisor for assigned customers. The position requires the consultant to serve as a main driver of communication between small to mid-tier GP customer accounts and IntegriChain. This individual will be responsible for business analysis, relationship management, and will support multiple customers and projects simultaneously.

The position requires crisp consulting skills: aggressively seeking information and answers, managing expectations while meeting commitments, always delivering work of utmost quality, on time, and communicating effectively throughout. This candidate has a naturally inquisitive mindset, a desire to quickly learn the complexities of pharmaceutical contracts and pricing landscape, and the ability to demonstrate high-level analytical and strategic thinking.

It’s a thrilling time to join the Advisory team at IntegriChain! This team works with many small manufacturers bringing their first product to market, which presents individuals with opportunities to accelerate their understanding of the complex pharmaceutical supply chain and how interconnected pricing, contracting, market access and patient programs impact a patient’s ability to access the therapy and a manufacturer’s bottom line.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
