Job Description:

The Role and Impact We are seeking a Senior Manager, Branded Sponsorships to own the strategy and day-to-day operations of our global branded sponsorship portfolio. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to shape how Intel shows up through influential global partnerships at the intersection of technology, culture, and customer storytelling. The leader will set portfolio direction, manage partner relationships and contracted rights, oversee integrated activations, and ensure sponsorships bring Intel's brand and technology story to life while delivering measurable brand and business outcomes.

As an individual contributor, the Senior Manager will lead work through influence across marketing, events and hospitality, communications, sales, finance, procurement, legal, and regional teams while directing external agencies. This leader will translate strategy into high-quality execution, align stakeholders and workstreams, and steward budgets, governance, risk, and return on investment. The role requires strong executive communication skills and the ability to deliver clear, concise recommendations and updates to senior leaders.

Business Group You will join the Global Marketing, Communications, and Events group, a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing Intel's brand presence and driving impactful marketing strategies. This team's mission includes executing innovative campaigns, events, and customer engagement opportunities that support Intel's broader goals across technology ecosystems. The group collaborates closely across business units to deliver exceptional marketing initiatives that inspire and inform audiences globally.

Key Responsibilities • Set portfolio strategy: Define the sponsorship vision, annual plan, investment priorities, activation approach, and success measures aligned with brand and business objectives. • Run day-to-day operations: Maintain the portfolio, rights inventory, budgets, timelines, approvals, deliverables, and performance reporting across concurrent programs. • Lead partner and agency delivery: Serve as the primary relationship owner for rights-holders, sponsors, agencies, and vendors; negotiate terms and activation opportunities, maximize the value of contracted rights, and ensure entitlements are delivered fully and to a high standard. • Integrate activations and storytelling: Work across Intel to connect sponsorships to the company narrative, developing customer stories, technical case studies, content, social, experiential, hospitality, and stakeholder engagement into cohesive, audience-relevant programs. • Measure and optimize value: Establish KPIs, assess effectiveness and ROI, identify improvements, and provide executive recommendations on renewals, expansions, and new investments. • Drive governance and risk management: Partner with finance, procurement, and legal to manage contracts, vendors, compliance, and execution risk.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • 8+ years of experience in branded sponsorships, sports or brand partnerships, experiential marketing, or a related discipline. • Demonstrated ownership of sponsorship strategy and end-to-end activation, from planning and rights management through execution, measurement, and optimization. • Strong negotiation and commercial judgment, with experience evaluating opportunities, securing favorable terms, and maximizing the value of sponsorship rights and investments. • Strong experience managing partners, agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines, and multiple concurrent programs. • Proven ability to lead through influence, align cross-functional teams, and oversee agency work without direct reporting authority. • Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into concise updates, recommendations, and presentations that influence senior leaders. • Ability to translate performance data into ROI assessments and clear investment recommendations for senior stakeholders. • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support sponsorship activations, partner engagements, and key events.

Preferred Qualifications • Experience in technology-sector marketing, events, or communications within a global, matrixed organization. • Experience with premium global sports properties, including Formula 1, motorsports, football, basketball, or comparable partnerships. • Experience integrating media, content, social, experiential, and hospitality activations.

• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to advance strategy, measurement, insights, and execution, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business impact.

• Proven ability to work across technical, marketing, sales, and communications teams to translate complex technology and customer outcomes into compelling, audience-relevant stories.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
