Requirements:

  • Experience in Commissioning and Qualification, Equipment validation, QRAES, Kneat, Good Documentation Practices, Change Controls, SOP’s

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Compliance The role requires strong ownership of site-level quality activities, including quality systems, compliance assessments, investigations, incident management, and quality decision-making. The individual must be capable of making sound quality judgments and ensuring that manufacturing activities remain compliant with applicable requirements.

Validation & Manufacturing Knowledge A strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, process validation, sanitary utilities, environmental characterization, validation activities, and process development is essential. The role requires the ability to review technical documentation and determine whether processes and systems meet established quality and regulatory expectations.

Investigation & Problem Solving The position requires experience leading investigations and evaluating incidents from a quality perspective. This includes identifying potential compliance or product-quality concerns, coordinating appropriate stakeholders, determining root causes, and ensuring effective follow-up and resolution.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
