Voor een speler binnen de voedings- en landbouwsector zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Sales Representative die graag zelfstandig op pad gaat en een gevarieerd klantenbestand beheert. In deze functie combineer je commerciële gesprekken met klanten, internationale contacten en een brede verantwoordelijkheid binnen een dynamische KMO.Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met bestaande klanten en gaat met hen in gesprek over hun noden, verwachtingen en resultaten. Je klantenbestand is bijzonder gevarieerd en bestaat onder meer uit producenten, landbouwers en overheidsinstanties. Je begeleidt het volledige verkoopproces van A tot Z en krijgt de ruimte om je eigen klantenrelaties verder uit te bouwen.Concreet bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:-Je voert persoonlijke salesgesprekken bij klanten op locatie en onderhoudt langdurige klantenrelaties.-Je beheert het volledige verkoopproces, van klantencontact en advies tot opvolging en verdere samenwerking.-Je vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf op internationale beurzen en krijgt regelmatig de kans om buitenlandse klanten en partners te bezoeken.-Je volgt de resultaten van klanten op en verdiept je tijdens rustigere periodes in hun activiteiten en oogstresultaten.-Je ondersteunt tijdens bepaalde periodes ook de supply chain en helpt mee om de producten tijdig bij de klanten te krijgen.-Je werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerder en neemt een sleutelrol op binnen het commerciële verhaal van de onderneming.Het gaat om een functie met een sterke focus op farming en relatiebeheer: je bouwt voornamelijk verder op bestaande klantenrelaties. -Je hebt ervaring in sales en weet hoe je klantenrelaties op lange termijn uitbouwt.-Je hebt een affiniteit met de landbouw-, voedings- of landbouwtechnische sector.-Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
