Wir wachsen und bringen El Tony Mate in noch mehr Bars, Stores und zu noch mehr Menschen in ganz Europa.

Neue Märkte zu erschliessen bedeutet mehr, als ein paar Dosen über die Grenze zu schicken. Es braucht die richtigen Partner, eine starke Umsetzung, das richtige Team vor Ort und jemanden, der dafür sorgt, dass die Dinge vorangehen.

Als New Markets Specialist setzt du unsere internationale Wachstumsstrategie in die Tat um. Du bist die operative Verbindung zwischen unseren Märkten, Partnern und dem HQ und hilfst dabei, El Tony Mate Markt für Markt weiter aufzubauen.

Deine Mission:

  • Gemeinsam mit unserem Director New Markets bringst du die Strategie zur Umsetzung: Du koordinierst Prioritäten, bleibst an den Themen dran und sorgst dafür, dass Pläne Realität werden.
  • Du koordinierst das Tagesgeschäft, Projekte und Action Points mit unseren Country Managers, Distributoren und internen Teams. So stellst du sicher, dass die Kommunikation zwischen unseren Märkten und dem HQ läuft und alle am gleichen Strang ziehen.
  • Du unterstützt bei Verhandlungen, Pricing, Verträgen, Logistik und Partner-Follow-ups.
  • Du analysierst gemeinsam mit dem Team Marktentwicklungen, Wettbewerber, Sales Performance und relevante KPIs.
  • Zusammen mit Marketing, Sales, Operations und Finance koordinierst du Marktprojekte und Aktivierungen und hilfst dabei, Sales-Initiativen und Brand-Aktivitäten auf die Bedürfnisse vor Ort anzupassen.
  • Du erstellst Reports, Präsentationen und Market Insights, damit wir zusammen die richtigen Entscheidungen treffen können.

Dein Profil:

  • Du denkst international. Die Zusammenarbeit über Länder, Kulturen und Teams hinweg liegt dir und Reisen innerhalb Europas siehst du eher als Pluspunkt denn als Problem.
  • Du sprichst fliessendes Englisch, Deutsch und Französisch. Spanisch auch noch? Immer gerne!
  • Du bringst rund 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in International Business, Sales, Marketing, Business Development oder Projektmanagement mit; idealerweise in FMCG, der Getränkeindustrie oder einem anderen schnelllebigen Umfeld.
  • Du verstehst, wie Marken wachsen, wie Partnerschaften funktionieren und was es braucht, um aus Marktpotenzial echtes Business zu machen.
  • Du schaffst Struktur im Chaos, behältst den Überblick und bleibst dran, bis die Dinge erledigt sind.
  • Du baust gerne Beziehungen auf und fühlst dich auch in Verhandlungen mit Partnern wohl. Gleichzeitig hast du kein Problem damit, tief in KPIs einzutauchen und herauszufinden, was die Zahlen wirklich bedeuten.
  • Du bist hands-on, proaktiv und lösungsorientiert. Wenn etwas passieren muss, ist dein erster Gedanke: „Wie machen wir das möglich?“
  • Und vor allem: Du hast Lust darauf, eine Marke, an die du glaubst, an neue Orte zu bringen.
