Are you our new Associate Consultant within Strategy & Transformation?

We are looking for energetic, proactive, and curious Associate Consultants who want to be part of an exciting journey.

Associate Consultants at Intellishore play a vital role in our business. From the very beginning you will apply and develop your analytical, interpersonal, and business management skills. You will work side by side with skilled consultants and contribute to a creative and contemporary company culture, where the skills and inputs of all employees are greatly valued.

You will get the chance to immerse yourself into some of the newest technologies whilst gaining an in-depth understanding of specific business challenges in the health industry, as you engage with clients in close collaboration with your dedicated Intellishore project team.

Our projects can be everything from actionable data and AI strategies, data architecture designs to advanced AI/ML models and scalable enterprise data platforms. Our organization is structured around two tribes, Strategy & Transformation and AI & Engineering, working hand in hand on every project. We cross-staff dynamically, assembling cross-functional teams tailored to each project's needs. You'll be based in the Strategy & Transformation tribe.

What are we looking for in our new strategy Associate?

We realize that you are still learning and need support, but you also need responsibilities that will push you further and develop your skills in the realm of digital transformation and healthcare.

As you will be supporting our experienced consultants on multiple cases no day is the same, but here is what you can expect and what we are looking for:

  • Natural flair for relation-building, stakeholder management, and communication
  • Great PowerPoint skills. We take great pride in our slides. And it is not just slides, it is conveying complex things in structured ways and frameworks that have the client at the center
  • Energetic, outgoing, and ambitious personality with strong communication skills (in English)
  • Academic background in e.g. business, economics, or management from CBS, ITU, DTU, KU
  • Part-time (Approximately 15-20 hours a week)
  • You have 2-3 years remaining of your studies

As you develop skills and confidence, you will increase your responsibilities, and we will help you grow by tailoring a career model that urges you to apply the skills you already have and those you will gain at Intellishore.

Development is at the core of Intellishore, and we have dedicated plans for each Intellishorian and internal academy sessions for upskilling and knowledge sharing. You will also get the opportunity to influence and drive parts of the business development of Intellishore to ensure we keep getting better at delivering value to our clients.
