The Opportunity

Intelus Agency is seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to support an established commercial construction, renovation, and facility maintenance company serving the Twin Cities and surrounding communities in Minnesota and Wisconsin. This part-time remote opportunity focuses on implementing, organizing, and maintaining project management processes using Contractor Foreman.

Working directly with the client's internal team and reporting to the President, you will help establish consistent documentation, improve administrative workflows, and keep multiple construction projects organized and up to date. This is a long-term opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership of systems, improving operational efficiency, and supporting a growing construction business.

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, with potential to increase hours as responsibilities grow. Consistent availability during agreed working hours, with overlap during U.S. Central Time business hours, is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contractor Foreman Management: Support software implementation, configure project templates and workflows, organize existing and new projects, and maintain accurate project information and statuses.
  • Construction Project Administration: Maintain project files, schedules, contracts, proposals, drawings, photographs, purchase orders, change orders, and other essential documentation.
  • Daily Project Monitoring: Review daily logs, employee time entries, open work orders, and project updates to identify missing information and ensure records remain current.
  • Team Coordination: Proactively follow up with project managers, field personnel, and internal team members regarding outstanding documentation, approvals, and project requirements.
  • Financial Documentation Support: Track purchase orders and approved change orders, organize subcontractor invoices, and prepare completed project documentation for invoicing and closeout.
  • Workflow Optimization: Develop and maintain standardized administrative procedures, improve documentation processes, and identify opportunities to reduce manual administrative work.
  • Management Reporting: Provide regular updates on project statuses, outstanding items, and administrative priorities while independently coordinating multiple active projects.

Compensation

Competitive monthly compensation based on experience and role scope.

Monthly compensation ranges from ₱33,000 – ₱43,000, depending on experience and role scope. Final compensation is aligned with the candidate's experience level.

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills Required

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction administration, project coordination, or construction project management support.
  • Experience using construction project management software, with Contractor Foreman experience required.
  • Knowledge of construction documentation, including purchase orders, change orders, contracts, invoices, daily logs, and project closeout requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and digital document management.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, maintaining project records, and developing standardized administrative workflows.

Professional Skills Required

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Professional English communication skills, proactive follow-through, and accountability when coordinating with internal teams.

Candidate Fit

  • A self-directed professional who identifies missing information, follows up independently, and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • A process-oriented individual who enjoys creating consistency, maintaining accurate records, and improving administrative efficiency.
  • A dependable coordinator comfortable supporting multiple construction projects and collaborating with U.S.-based teams.
  • Previous experience with commercial construction or facility maintenance companies is advantageous.

Professional Readiness

Candidates applying for this role should have a reliable home office setup, stable internet connection, and the ability to maintain consistent availability during the required working hours.

Successful candidates communicate proactively, meet deadlines, and take ownership of responsibilities while working remotely.

Candidates must also be willing to complete a background check as part of the selection process.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
