Du willst als Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) deine theoretischen Skills endlich in echten IT- und Energieprojekten einsetzen und die Energiewende aktiv mitgestalten? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Als Werkstudent:in unterstützt du unser Team in vielfältigen Aufgaben rund um Projektmanagement, Research, Prozessdokumentation und Vertriebsunterstützung. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Consultants zusammen und lernst die Praxis moderner Energie‑, IT- und Beratungsprozesse kennen.

Was wir gemeinsam vorhaben

  • Unterstützung im operativen Projektmanagement (Planung, Tracking, Vorbereitung von Terminen)
  • Durchführung von Research‑Aufgaben zu energiewirtschaftlichen, technologischen und prozessualen Themen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen
  • Unterstützung im Vertrieb, z. B. bei Präsentationen, Angebotsvorbereitungen oder Marktanalysen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektteams und Fachbereichen

  • Grundkenntnisse der Energiewirtschaft
  • Hohe IT‑Affinität und Interesse an digitalen Lösungen
  • Kommunikationsfreude und Spaß an Teamarbeit
  • Eigeninitiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
