TITLE: Safety Coordinator B POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Inteplast Group Safety Coordinator B is a non-supervisor entry level roll. This position reports directly to the Safety Section Manager and at times may receive direction from the Assistant Manager. Collaborates with Corporate Safety and Plant Safety PIC’s to drive continuous improvement and maintain regulatory compliance. This roll supports and facilitates Corporate Safety and Health programs across multiple manufacturing facilities. Safety Coordinator B assists with safety audits, corporate‑wide compliance initiatives, supports incident investigations, and ensures corporate training requirements are maintained. QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of safety experience in manufacturing or industrial environments Working knowledge of OSHA 1910 which includes but, not limited to energy control (LOTO), forklift safety, and machine guarding Ability to work with Word, Excel, Power Point and Share Points Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to travel between sites (~10%) Preferred Qualifications or ability to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED and Stop the Bleed Occupational Hearing Conservation Certification Familiarity with Share Point systems and reporting tools Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct routine safety audits and inspections under established Inteplast Group Corporate procedures and Regulatory standards. As well as helps prepare audit and inspection reports. Conduct Corporate Inteplast Basic Required Training and hearing exams. Enter and maintain safety audit, inspection and training records. Track safety corrective actions and report status monthly. Participate in safety meetings. Assist with personal protective equipment and other safety program activities. Support corporate safety initiatives and assist with special projects. Develop familiarity with corporate safety procedures and applicable safety regulations. Participate in professional development and training.

Ability to walk manufacturing floors for extended periods Lift up to 40 lbs. Work in hot, humid, or noisy environments Ability to respond to emergency situations
