Você fará parte do nosso time de Operações e atuará diretamente com análises de documentos, conferência de cheques e encerramento de contas, garantindo a integridade cadastral e a conformidade dos processos. Atuar no atendimento de segundo nível, acompanhando casos até a sua resolução dentro dos prazos estabelecidos, com foco na qualidade e na experiência do cliente. Contribuir ativamente para a melhoria contínua dos processos, propondo soluções inovadoras, identificando oportunidades de otimização e auxiliando no desenvolvimento de ferramentas que tornam o trabalho mais eficiente e estratégico.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Auxiliar na análise e na conferência de cheques, visando garantir a precisão e a veracidade das informações;
  • Realizar análises de documentos para atualizações cadastrais, assegurando a integridade dos dados dos clientes;
  • Realizar o encerramento de contas;
  • Atender casos relacionados à área que são encaminhados pelo atendimento nível 1;
  • Acompanhar casos em aberto e garantir sua resolução dentro dos prazos estabelecidos;
  • Auxiliar no desenvolvimento de ferramentas e soluções inovadoras que tornam o trabalho mais eficiente e produtivo;
  • Propor ideias criativas, identificar fragilidades e oportunidades de melhorias nos processos;
  • Contribuir para a qualidade das análises, buscando sempre aprimorar a experiência do cliente.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Ensino superior em andamento (Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Ciências Econômicas ou Engenharia de Produção);
  • Habilidades de comunicação e gerenciamento de tempo;
  • Boa comunicação;

  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office;
