Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo Você fará parte do nosso time Real Estate Digital Sales Assistant, responsável por impulsionar o crescimento das nossas operações de crédito com garantia imobiliária e financiamento, atuando com produtos como Financiamento Imobiliário, Home Equity, Portabilidade e Construcasa. A missão desta posição é maximizar a conversão de leads qualificados em contratos fechados, garantindo uma experiência diferenciada ao cliente em uma jornada que, normalmente, é complexa — com foco em reduzir o tempo de fechamento, aumentar produtividade e assegurar qualidade e eficiência em cada etapa do processo.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Realizar atendimento consultivo de leads qualificados interessados em crédito imobiliário (Financiamento, Home Equity, Portabilidade e Construcasa).
  • Entender o perfil, objetivo e necessidade financeira do cliente, orientando a melhor solução de crédito para cada cenário.
  • Apresentar, negociar e fechar as melhores condições disponíveis, atuando com comunicação clara e persuasiva.
  • Conduzir o cliente de ponta a ponta durante todo o processo de contratação, garantindo acompanhamento completo até a conclusão da operação.
  • Realizar follow-ups constantes e atuar com senso de urgência para destravar pendências e avançar nas negociações.
  • Acompanhar documentação e etapas do processo junto a bancos/parceiros e áreas internas, garantindo fluidez e qualidade.
  • Atualizar informações no CRM e garantir a correta gestão do funil de vendas (pipeline), com organização e previsibilidade.
  • Atingir metas de conversão, volume financiado/contratado e indicadores de performance, mantendo consistência de resultados.
  • Desenvolver relacionamento com clientes, parceiros e instituições financeiras, fortalecendo a rede e a reputação comercial.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria na jornada comercial e na experiência do cliente, contribuindo para evolução contínua do processo.

O que buscamos Obrigatórios:

  • Experiência com vendas consultivas, especialmente em produtos de maior valor agregado e/ou ciclos de venda mais complexos.
  • Forte orientação para resultados e disciplina para atuar com metas (conversão, volume, tempo de fechamento e qualidade).
  • Excelente comunicação, escuta ativa e empatia, com capacidade de conduzir o cliente com clareza durante toda a jornada.
  • Capacidade de negociação e fechamento, lidando bem com objeções e cenários competitivos.
  • Organização e gestão de prioridades para conduzir múltiplas negociações simultaneamente, mantendo controle do pipeline.
  • Resiliência, proatividade, senso de urgência e senso de dono para acompanhar processos até a contratação.

Desejáveis:

  • Vivência com produtos financeiros (crédito, banco, seguros) e/ou experiência prévia com crédito imobiliário.
  • Capacidade analítica para avaliação de cenários de crédito e entendimento de documentação/etapas do processo.
  • Certificação CA-600 (ou equivalente) voltada ao mercado imobiliário e crédito.
  • Certificações ABECIP e/ou outras certificações relacionadas ao mercado financeiro/bancário.
  • Cursos em crédito imobiliário, análise de crédito e técnicas de vendas consultivas.
