Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo

Você fará parte do nosso time de Product Engineering Lifecycle (Ativathon) e atuará como Tech Product Specialist I na tribo de Contas. Seu papel será apoiar iniciativas de Growth/Lifecycle focadas em Contas Segmentadas (Alta Renda, One, Prime, Win) e Kids & Teen, cobrindo aquisição, ativação, retenção e receita.

Além dos fluxos comuns ao cargo, você será protagonista em análise de mercado, ideação, discovery e testes — para transformar junto ao time de desenvolvimento hipóteses validadas em jornadas no app que aumentem principalidade, reduzam churn e elevem ARPAC.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Analisar mercado, concorrentes e comportamentos por segmento (Alta Renda e Kids/família) para fundamentar decisões de produto.
  • Conduzir ideação e discovery junto ao time de Growth e UX: problema, hipótese, evidência e critério de sucesso.
  • Desenhar, acompanhar e ler testes e experimentos (incluindo A/B testing), recomendando scale, pivot ou kill.
  • Traduzir aprendizados em jornadas, requisitos e backlog (onboarding, home, benefícios e recorrência).
  • Refinar entregas com time direto de engenharia, UX e Growth e acompanhar impacto do desenvolvimento em ativação, retenção e receita.
  • Participar e conduzir rituais ágeis para viabilizar os projetos, além de articular com stakeholders.
  • Monitorar funil e KPIs (ativação, churn, ARPAC, receita) e gerar insights para a coordenação e o time.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Vivência ou especialização técnica em produtos de tecnologia ou growth;
  • Experiência prática com análise de mercado e processos de ideação, discovery e testes.
  • Tradução em aprendizados de jornadas, requisitos e itens de backlog para onboarding, home, benefícios e recorrência.
  • Capacidade analítica com uso de dados e Excel/SQL para monitorar funil, KPIs (ativação, churn, ARPAC, receita) e gerar insights.
  • Comunicação clara, colaboração e ownership no dia a dia com engenharia, UX e Growth.
  • Curiosidade, perfil investigativo, aprendizado contínuo e trabalho em equipe.

Desejáveis:

  • Conhecimento em iniciativas de Lifecycle/Growth (aquisição, ativação, retenção e receita), experimentação, A/B testing, tracking e métricas relacionadas.
  • Vivência com jornadas segmentadas (Alta Renda, One, Prime, Win) e/ou produtos para Kids, Teen ou relacionamento família.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM, automação de marketing e comunicação multicanal.
  • Noções de integrações e APIs.
  • Inglês intermediário.
