Vi söker lackeringsoperatörer till vår moderna och automatiserade produktion i Älmhult.

På IKEA Industry i Älmhult tillverkar vi varje år cirka 6 miljoner lackerade möbelfronter, främst till kök. Bakom varje produkt finns engagerade medarbetare som tillsammans skapar kvalitet, utvecklar smartare arbetssätt och bidrar till en säker arbetsplats där vi bryr oss om varandra. Genom vårt arbetssätt IPS (IKEA Production System) utvecklar vi ständigt våra processer med fokus på kvalitet, säkerhet och effektiva flöden.

Job Description

Om rollen

Som lackeringsoperatör blir du en viktig del av vårt team. Tillsammans ansvarar ni för att vår produktion flyter säkert, effektivt och med hög kvalitet. Du arbetar nära både kollegor och teknik i en modern produktionsmiljö där din insats gör skillnad varje dag.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att:

  • Övervaka och hantera produktionsutrustning i lackeringsprocessen
  • Utföra kvalitetskontroller och säkerställa att produkterna uppfyller våra kvalitetskrav
  • Följa upp och hantera avvikelser i produktionen
  • Bidra till ett säkert arbetssätt samt ordning och reda på arbetsplatsen.
  • Delta aktivt i förbättringsarbete enligt IKEA Production System (IPS).
  • Samarbeta med kollegor för att skapa ett effektivt och stabilt produktionsflöde.
  • Genomföra omställningar, justeringar samt förebyggande kontroller och underhåll av utrustningen.
  • Rapportera och dokumentera produktionsdata enligt våra rutiner.

Kvalifikationer

  • Gymnasieutbildning, gärna med teknisk eller industriell inriktning
  • Erfarenhet från tillverkande industri är meriterande
  • Erfarenhet av lackering, automatiserade produktionsprocesser eller robotteknik är meriterande
  • Erfarenhet av Lean Production eller kontinuerligt förbättringsarbete är meriterande
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift
  • Grundläggande datorvana
