Unser Geschäftsführer ist nicht nur die führende Kraft unseres Unternehmens, sondern engagiert sich auch als Vorstand der Entrepreneurs‘ Organization (EO) Germany Rhine-Ruhr.

Die Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) ist ein weltweites Unternehmer-Netzwerk mit über 18.000 Unternehmern, eingeteilt in 223 Chapter in über 78 Ländern. EO wurde 1987 von einer Gruppe junger Unternehmer mit dem Ziel gegründet, voneinander zu lernen, das eigene Business zu skalieren und auch im persönlichen Leben zu wachsen und dieses zu bereichern.

Um diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabe optimal unterstützen zu können, suchen wir eine strukturierte und proaktive Assistenz (m/w/d), die sowohl administrative als auch organisatorische Aufgaben mit Leidenschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein übernimmt.

Dein Arbeitsplatz befindet sich am Campus von interaktiv.perspektiven auf der Bahnstrasse 43-35, Ratingen und Bastian Schlierkamp ist dein direkter Vorgesetzter.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Verwaltung von Mitgliederdaten und Event-Registrierungen
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Dokumentationen für das lokale Chapter sowie die globale EO-Organisation
  • Initiative, Einrichtung und Verwaltung einer kleinen Lagerfläche für Eventequipment
  • Zentrale Verwaltung aller Mitglieder-, Buchhaltungs- und Organisationsprozesse
  • Kommunikation von Neuerungen innerhalb des lokalen Chapters (EO lokal), der Region (EO Europe) und der globalen Organisation (EO Global)
  • Schnittstelle zwischen der globalen EO-Organisation und dem lokalen Board
  • Unterstützung des Vorstands in seiner operativen Arbeit
  • Organisation von Meetings, Videokonferenzen und Events sowie Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe vor und hinter den Kulissen mit internen und externen Beteiligten

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich BWL, Eventmanagement oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich oder in der Eventorganisation wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools
