Ambulante Hilfen zur Erziehung heißen für uns: passgenaue Unterstützung dort, wo Alltag stattfindet – professionell, verbindlich und auf Augenhöhe.

Unsere Arbeit lebt von stabiler Beziehungsarbeit, fachlicher Klarheit und dem Blick für Ressourcen. Für unsere ambulanten Angebote suchen wir erfahrene Fachkräfte, die ihre Expertise, Haltung und Reflexionsfähigkeit in anspruchsvolle Fallverläufe einbringen möchten.

Der Einstieg ist mit ca. 10 Stunden pro Woche geplant – mit der klaren Perspektive, den Stundenumfang schrittweise bis hin zu einer Vollzeitstelle auszubauen, wenn dies für beide Seiten passt.

Deine Aufgaben – sinnvoll & alltagsnah

  • Eigenverantwortliche Begleitung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und/oder Familien im Rahmen ambulanter Hilfen zur Erziehung
  • Verbindliche Fallübernahme einschließlich fachlicher Steuerung des Hilfeprozesses
  • Gestaltung tragfähiger Arbeitsbeziehungen auch in komplexen oder belasteten Familiensystemen
  • Ressourcen‑ und lebensweltorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Professionelle Zusammenarbeit mit Jugendämtern, Koordinator*innen und beteiligten Netzwerkpartnern
  • Fachgerechte Dokumentation, Einschätzungen und Berichte
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team sowie fachlicher Austausch
  • Pädagogische Gestaltung der Arbeit auf Grundlage der Hilfeplanung (§ 36 SGB VIII)

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im sozialen/pädagogischen Bereich (z. B. Sozialarbeit / Sozialpädagogik, Pädagogik, Psychologie)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten Kinder‑, Jugend‑ oder Familienhilfe oder vergleichbaren Arbeitsfeldern
  • Hohe Kompetenz in Beziehungsarbeit, Beratung und sozialpädagogischer Begleitung
  • Souveränität im Umgang mit komplexen Familiensystemen
  • Reflexionsfähigkeit, professionelle Haltung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie gutes Zeit‑ und Selbstmanagement
  • Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B sowie Mobilität

Folgende fachliche Erfahrungen oder Kompetenzen sind vorteilhaft

  • Erfahrung mit Hilfeplanung nach § 36 SGB VIII
  • Sicherheit in Dokumentation und fachlichem Berichtswesen
  • Zusatzausbildungen (z. B. systemisch, traumapädagogisch)
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit öffentlichen Kostenträgern
