Obiectivul postului:

Asigură buna funcționare și disponibilitatea operațională a tuturor vehiculelor din parcul auto, prin implementarea și monitorizarea programelor de întreținere preventivă și corectivă în punctele de lucru aflate în responsabilitatea sa, urmărind în permanență optimizarea și controlul strict al costurilor de mentenanță.

Responsabilitati principale:

Gestionarea și mentenanța flotei auto:

  • Asigură disponibilitatea operațională a tuturor vehiculelor din aria de responsabilitate, prin planificarea și monitorizarea reviziilor periodice, a inspecțiilor tehnice (ITP) și a lucrărilor de întreținere și reparații.

Monitorizarea și controlul costurilor:

  • Urmărește și optimizează costurile asociate flotei auto (combustibil, întreținere, reparații, asigurări, taxe, parcări etc.), asigurând respectarea bugetelor și a procedurilor interne ale companiei.

Administrarea documentației și a bazei de date:

  • Menține actualizate evidențele flotei auto, monitorizează documentele obligatorii pentru circulația vehiculelor și asigură raportarea periodică a indicatorilor de performanță și a costurilor către management.

Gestionarea incidentelor și a daunelor auto:

  • Coordonează procesul de soluționare a incidentelor și accidentelor auto, gestionează documentația aferentă și urmărește efectuarea reparațiilor în colaborare cu service-urile și companiile de asigurări.

Coordonarea furnizorilor și a serviciilor externe:

  • Reprezinta Compania in relatia cu ARR, intocmeste documentatia pentru obtinerea Copiilor Conforme si a Licentei de transport.
  • Pregateste masinile pentru predare catre Leasing Operational conform cerintelor comunicate de catre Fleet Manager.
  • Gestionează relația cu service-urile auto, furnizorii de piese și consumabile, firmele de tractare și vulcanizare, urmărind calitatea serviciilor, respectarea termenelor și eficiența costurilor.

Planificarea și dezvoltarea flotei auto:

Contribuie la evaluarea necesarului de vehicule și echipamente, la planificarea înlocuirii acestora și la definirea cerințelor tehnice pentru achiziția de vehicule noi, în colaborare cu departamentele relevante.

  • Studii medii finalizate cu diploma de Bacalaureat;
  • Atestat manager transport (obligatoriu);
  • Studii tehnice – medii;
  • Experienta in coordonarea de parc auto;
  • Initiativa, capacitate de rezolvare a problemelor;
  • Abilitate de lucru cu PC-ul (Word, Excel) ;
  • Fara antecedente penale.
  • Disponibilitate de a se deplasa in interes de serviciu;
